Get connected to the luminous dancing life force inside, and open and grow in your unique way. We use the Core Connexion keys to open the gates to the present moment for us to dance with what is present in life.
Through sensory awareness, movement, dance, transformational and creative processes we will explore the connections to ourselves, others and life itself.
We will invite and create ways to cultivate and grow our luminous presence and dance together into the unknown future!
Please wear layered, comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring water, and if you wish, your own blanket and your favourite writing/drawing materials (I always have extra materials as needed).

Cost: Sliding Scale $25 - $40 per class
