We will co-create using the Core Connexion Keys, and enter into a space where we can listen to the intelligence of our bodies. Dance, somatic awareness, movement and improvisation will help us to find a place where we feel refreshed and connected with our aliveness. This event is designed to be more of a mini-retreat like experience, so you leave feeling refreshed, reset.
When: September 27th (Sunday)
Time: 10AM-12:30PM with Optional Potluck till 1:30PM

Cost: Sliding Scale: $30 - $45 per person
